About Rise Up! Feminist Digital Archive

Rise Up! is a digital archive of feminist activism in Canada from the 1970s to the 1990s. We were part of a worldwide wave of liberation and anti-oppression movements that won some victories, changed some attitudes, and radically altered the gendered and political landscape. Our website is dedicated to documenting and sharing these histories.
