Rising Up Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is a trauma-informed, integrative mental health program serving adults (18+) navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. We provide structured, evidence-based treatment in a supportive and compassionate environment in Massachusetts; both virtually and in-person in Buzzards Bay. Our program integrates: • EMDR • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) • Mindfulness & nervous system regulation • Expressive and integrative healing approaches If you are wondering whether weekly therapy is enough, or if you are a provider seeking a higher level of care for your patients, this channel is designed to educate, inform, and guide you.
