About Ritz Homes

When buying a Ritz Home you are not only our valued customer but you also feel like you are the builder. You work hand-in-hand with me (Paul Mouradian, Owner) personally to ensure the purchase of your new home is to your liking and to your utmost satisfaction. Ritz Homes is built on trust, respect, reputation, confidence, and quality workmanship. Here at Ritz Homes, every customer is treated and looked upon equally. We strive to be the best by building one great home after another. We not only “talk the talk,” but we also “walk the walk,” which becomes evident when you walk through a Ritz Home.
