About River Valley Pediatricians, Inc.

RVPI was formed for the purpose of adding value and reducing costs for community-based pediatric practices. It can be described as part group purchasing organization (GPO), and part management services organization (MSO), providing consulting and educational programs for its members. In addition, a subset of RVPI is an independent practice association (IPA) that has helped to establish a comprehensive, integrated health care delivery system to promote quality and cost-effective care as part of a physician hospital organization (PHO).
