Evidence-based psychotherapy delivered via telehealth to Idahoans and anyone living in a participating PSYPACT state. Dr. Steve Lawyer is a clinical psychologist trained in evidence-based approaches, including integrative Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and men’s issues. After over 20 years immersed in academic research, teaching, and training new psychologists, I transitioned into clinical practice to work more directly and meaningfully with individuals seeking change in their lives. That shift reflects what I value most—partnering with people in real time as they build insight, skills, and momentum in their lives.
