About RiverPoint Group

RiverPoint, an MSRcosmos Group Company is a privately held IT professional services firm providing technology talent solutions from our corporate headquarters and branch office in Chicago and office locations in Kansas City, Dallas and Dayton. Founded by technologists as DHS & Associates more than 25 years ago, one critical component has remained constant throughout our evolution: We are focused on people. And we are incredibly proud of the reputation we’ve built with our clients and consultants during that span of time. With a broad network of technical resources and staffing experts, our seasoned recruiting team is comprised of experts who know how to match highly qualified and engaged candidates with exceptional organizations. How do we do it? — We get it. Successful IT recruitment requires an understanding of the roles, tools and technologies that are critical to your success. Our people are focused 100% on information technology and able to engage with technology professionals at every rank, from entry level to senior managers and architects. — We take the time to listen. We know how to get in front of IT professionals and ask the right questions. We’re not just about making the right match on paper, but putting together a positive and valued relationship between our consultants and clients. — It’s all about quality. Making the right placements means happy consultants and exceptional results for clients. Our focus is on bringing people and business together to deliver quality results.
