RiverWalk Therapeutics is a women-owned, women-led preclinical biotech developing game-changing therapies for metastatic cancers where existing therapies are limited, toxic and ineffective. Our lead program is small molecule inhibitors of adenosine A2A/A2B receptors for late-stage, immunogenic cancers with a known correlation of A2B overexpression and poor outcomes, such as triple negative breast cancer (TNBC). Our drug candidate, RW-108, is a first-in-class dual A2A/A2B inverse agonist that has demonstrated good drug characteristics and potent effects in multiple metastatic TNBC models.
