Roadlink is a technology-enabled service coordination platform providing 24/7 roadside assistance for motorists, owner-operators, and fleet operators. We connect distress callers with trusted third-party roadside service providers for fast, reliable assistance when it matters most. Our services include towing coordination, tire assistance, fuel delivery, jump starts, lockout support, load swaps, preventive maintenance coordination, and DOT-related roadside support. Roadlink operates on an incident-based service model, charging a flat fee per service request. We do not own or operate vehicles, employ roadside technicians, or manage fleets directly. All services are fulfilled by independent third-party vendors. In addition to roadside assistance, Roadlink is expanding into fleet maintenance scheduling and operational support services, designed to help fleet owners and owner-operators efficiently manage maintenance events on an as-needed basis.
