At Roberts, sustainability and innovation are at the core of our organisation and its operations. We are dedicated to minimising our environmental impact and maintaining a harmonious presence within the communities we serve. Roberts Manufacturing Co. Limited currently operates from a 21-acre complex at Lower Estate, St. Michael in Barbados. A great progression from the company’s beginnings in the backyard of namesake, Mr. J. C. Roberts. Mr. Roberts began our 80 year journey when he attracted the attention of Sir Kenneth R. Hunte, following spirited, entrepreneurial ventures, initially with dishwashing soap and later margarine. The two formed the company together on March 24th, 1944. Today, the company is one of the largest manufacturing entities in Barbados.
