About Robinson Ralph

At Robinson Ralph, we do employment law — just not the way you’re used to. We’re a boutique employment law firm based in Leeds, working with employers across the UK who want expert advice without the ego. No jargon. No endless caveats. Just clear, honest guidance from a team you can actually talk to. Whether you’re facing a tribunal, managing a grievance, or just need support getting the basics right — we’re in your corner. We tell you what we think, we won’t just quote the law at you, and we stick around to help you get the outcome you need. Our clients include businesses of all sizes and sectors, but they have one thing in common: they want employment law advice they can trust, from people who get it. We’ve built Robinson Ralph from the ground up on three things: 💬 Down-to-earth advice ⚖️ Fierce expertise 🤝 Proper relationships But there’s something else that makes us different: our culture. We believe that happy teams create happy clients. That’s why we only hire people who share our values — integrity, enthusiasm, and a sense of humour — and why we work so hard to make Robinson Ralph a place where people genuinely want to come to work. It’s not about billable hours or hierarchy. It’s about doing great work, together, and treating people like people — whether they’re colleagues or clients. If that sounds like the kind of law firm you want on your side, we’d love to hear from you.
