About RobotDreams® GmbH

RobotDreams is a Medical Intelligence Company. We extract clinically actionable decisions from data that already exists. Without new hardware, without additional blood draws, and without disrupting existing clinical workflows. Our platform, THOLAN LAB, applies proprietary AI to White Blood Cell morphology parameters captured during a standard Complete Blood Count. The CBC is already performed on every patient. The signal is already there. We are the first to read it at the level of clinical decision intelligence. DOMAIN I — Clinical Decision Support Our first application, THOLAN CARDIO ACS, delivers confident ACS rule-in or rule-out decisions at the first blood draw, before a second troponin is ever needed. In our ongoing clinical study at Medical University Graz: → 87% of eligible patients receive a confident decision at T0 → AUROC 0.95 vs. 0.87 serial troponin standard of care → PPV 100% · NPV 100% · Sensitivity 99% Beyond ACS: the same platform applies to sepsis early detection, ischemic vs. hemorrhagic stroke differentiation, and oncological screening. 🧬 DOMAIN II — Haematological Cytomics & CDx The pharmaceutical industry needs haematological patient stratification, and no existing platform delivers what we can. We partner with pharma and biotech companies on: → Biomarker discovery in hematological patient populations → Companion diagnostic (CDx) co-development for drug regulatory submissions → Hematological phenotyping for clinical trial stratification 📊 DOMAIN III — CBC Data Intelligence Every clinical deployment contributes to what we are building in parallel: the world's largest connected CBC database. A federated, privacy-by-design global dataset that grows with every deployment, and compounds in strategic value over time. This data asset enables population-level analytics, real-world evidence services, and laboratory benchmarking at a scale no one can replicate from zero.
