About ROC Fitness

ROC Fitness is a boutique gym located in Dorval, specializing in small group and personal training for busy adults. We focus on helping our members get stronger, leaner, and healthier through efficient, coach-led workouts in a supportive, family-friendly environment. With group sessions capped at 15 people and 1-on-1 personal training available, every member receives the guidance and attention they need to succeed — no matter their starting point. Our flexible weekly memberships, mom-friendly setup, and hands-on coaching make it easy to stay consistent and build long-term habits that last. ROC originally opened in 2016 as part of a franchise but rebranded as an independent gym in 2020 following the pandemic. Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted local space for real people who want personalized coaching, flexible membership, and a no-pressure environment to get stronger and healthier.
