About Rockbridge CFO

At Rockbridge CFO, we believe that strong financial leadership shouldn’t be reserved for the enterprise elite. We help founders of service-based businesses get the clarity and control they need to scale with confidence. We specialize in businesses where complexity is growing—whether that’s multi-geo teams, new service lines, aggressive growth targets, or system chaos behind the scenes. With deep experience across finance, HR, operations, and global expansion, we don't just hand you reports—we help you run your business better. Rockbridge is especially strong in BPO, RPO, and other people-centric models, where tight margins and fast-paced change demand more than traditional accounting. Laresa McIntyre is the Founder & Principal of Rockbridge CFO. With decades of executive experience, Laresa brings a rare blend of financial acumen and business insight to every engagement. Before founding Rockbridge CFO, Laresa served as CFO for a global BPO, where she led complex cross-functional initiatives across multiple countries. Her superpower lies in simplifying the complex—turning financial data into decisions, and roadblocks into results. She thrives in environments where clarity, agility, and confidence are essential for growth. Known for her likable badassery and sleeves-rolled-up approach, Laresa works shoulder-to-shoulder with CEOs, founders, and executive teams to align numbers with vision and strategy.
