Rocket Farm Restaurants is a family of chef-driven restaurants throughout the southeast and Texas. Driven by guest experience and hospitality, Rocket Farm Restaurants believes in hiring personality and training technique. It is a company where all employees play an integral role in the success of each restaurant. The restaurants include Little Sparrow, No. 246, The Optimist and Oyster Bar, St. Cecilia, Superica, Little Rey, Marcel, Beetlecat, State of Grace, and La Lucha. We are passionate about bringing people together. Our culinary inspirations cover many years and much of the country: from Texas to Tennessee.
