CLUE is a Community Residence Program sponsored by the Rockland Hospital Guild, Inc., a private not-for-profit agency, which provides housing and support services for persons with a mental illness. The acronym CLUE stands for Community Link-Up Experience. Established in 1977, CLUE was the first certified community residence in Rockland County. It has grown considerably since then.
