Die ROCKSTONE ist inzwischen mit 6 Standorten in 3 Ländern vertreten, in Deutschland haben wir in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg und München sowie auf der iberischen Halbinsel in Madrid und in Lissabon Standorte gegründet und unsere Projekte werden in diesen Metropolen von eigenständigen Teams realisiert. Aktuell umfasst die Pipeline der ROCKSTONE Immobilien mit einem Investitionsvolumen von rund € 500 Mio., seit der Unternehmensgründung im Jahr 2013 wurden Projekte über insgesamt € 500 Mio. erfolgreich abgeschlossen und typische Projektgrössen bewegen sich von € 25 - 75 Mio. ********************** ROCKSTONE is a full-service real estate developer and investment management firm combining both real estate know-how and the financial strength of a family office. Our main business segments are prime commercial and residential real estate assets in attractive urban locations. These range from ground-up developments to refurbishments and yielding assets for both a short to medium term exit or a medium to long term hold strategy. ROCKSTONE currently has 6 offices in 3 European countries, in Germany we are present in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg and Munich and on the Iberian Peninsula we have offices in Madrid and Lisbon. Each of our offices has a strong local team which independently manages its projects. Since its incorporation in 2013 ROCKSTONE has successfully developed and delivered € 500m of real estate projects, it currently has a project pipeline of € 500m and typical project sizes are € 25 - 75m.
