Rocky Lai & Associates, Inc. is a boutique real estate investment firm based in Houston that specializes in the acquisition, development, management, and financing of real estate projects. Established in 2005, the firm has invested in more than one-hundred opportunities across the United States providing over $2.0 billion in value creation for its investors. Since inception, the firm has been primarily involved with the development of residential master-planned communities in Texas. Within the last ten years, our portfolio has grown to encompass several commercial assets by either co-developing or investing with notable developers. We participate with various developers and homebuilders by providing both equity or debt in addition to our expertise in development matters. Our debt financing branch supplies developers and homebuilders with short-term debt and “land banking” opportunities. The firm’s real estate holdings and investments are carefully tailored to preserve and grow our partners’ capital and to provide security for all investors.
