About Rofinery

Rofinery is the all-in-one operating system for modern agencies. It brings every part of your workflow into a single, connected platform so nothing lives in spreadsheets, inboxes or separate tools. Teams can create leads, manage a pipeline, build SOWs with a smart rate card calculator based on real costs, and get contractual approval online. When a project is approved, it converts into structured tasks instantly, ready for scheduling. From there, agencies can allocate time in a shared resource calendar, track time with one click, book holidays, and review performance through clear reporting. Rofinery shows where you are underutilised, overservicing or losing profitability, helping you make better decisions across delivery, resourcing and pricing. It is everything in one place, built to give agencies control, clarity and consistency at every stage of their work.
