About ROGALAND BRANN OG REDNING IKS
Rogaland brann og redning IKS består av kommunene Gjesdal, Klepp, Kvitsøy, Randaberg, Sandnes, Sola, Stavanger, Strand og Time. Vi er i dag 440 ansatte med Nils-Erik Haagenrud som brann- og redningssjef. Brannvesenet har som hovedoppgave å redde liv og materielle verdier, men kanskje viktigst av alt: drive brannforebyggende arbeid. Samtidig er vi en servicebedrift som skal yte kvalitet overfor våre kunder i alle våre tjenester og tilbud. Foruten å drive brannforebyggende arbeid og stille beredskap ved brann, har vi også ansvaret for miljørettet helsevern og skjenkekontroll.
