About Rogue Assembly

Rogue Assembly is a venture studio building scalable tech to solve real-world problems affecting everyday people. We focus on economic mobility and health equity. Unlike accelerators or incubators, Rogue Assembly: → Builds through two models: internal and refounder 1. Internal Builds: We research, validate, and build internally before bringing in an EIR. 2. Refounder Model: We don’t acquire. We restructure the cap table, take operational leadership, and revive a strong idea that shouldn’t die. → Validates ideas through structured research, not just intuition Informed by a coalition of university researchers, SME's, venture capitalists, and policy experts. → Builds with real revenue models, not vanity metrics Our ventures are designed for sustainable traction from day one.
