About Romanian American Foundation

The mission of the Romanian-American Foundation is to strengthen and promote conditions for a sustainable market economy and a democratic society that provides access to opportunity for all segments of Romanian society. We believe that, working with Romanian partners and program managers, the Foundation can help encourage entrepreneurial instincts to thrive within the culture of Romania. We see success as steady economic growth, improvements in education, and a narrowed opportunity gap between rural and urban Romanians.
