About Root & Rise Collective

Root & Rise Collective is an integrative mental health and wellness practice based in Fort Collins, Colorado, offering trauma-informed, somatic, and relational therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We provide in-person counseling across Northern Colorado and virtual sessions statewide, making high-quality care accessible to all. Beyond therapy, we’re building a community that supports both clients and clinicians—offering mentorship programs, continuing education trainings, and workplace wellness initiatives designed to cultivate resilience, restore balance, and deepen connection.
