We partner with primary schools, secondary schools, trusts, residential care homes and community organisations to strengthen emotional regulation, confidence, focus and resilience in both young people and adults. Our programmes combine evidence-informed psychology, mindfulness, movement, sound, creative arts and trauma-aware practice to create safe, inclusive and impactful experiences. We support schools with: • Whole-school wellbeing provision • Emotional regulation & behaviour support • Personal development programmes • Creative & expressive wellbeing sessions • Staff wellbeing days & sound bath retreats • Transition support programmes Every programme is tailored to the needs of the setting, with measurable outcomes and practical tools participants can sustain beyond the session. If you are a Headteacher, SENCO, Pastoral Lead or Trust Leader looking to strengthen your wellbeing provision, we welcome a conversation.
