About Root Integrative Health LLC

At Root Integrative Health, human development is understood through the observable patterns of growth found in nature. The perspective did not originate from theory or doctrine, but from the founders's lifelong relationship with the natural world – an early sensitivity to how life forms, grows, adapts, and produces. Over time, this way of seeing deepened through both lived experience and clinical practice, revealing consistent laws that govern development across systems. In nature, growth follows a clear order: ~ a seed carries a blueprint ~ conditions shape development ~ emergence unfolds in stages ~ and over time, what is formed produces an outcome These same patterns are reflected in human life. They are not abstract – they are observable, consistent, and present across living systems. The Seed Cycle Method™ emerged from observing and working within these patterns over time, translating them into a structured approach to understanding development, behavior, and relational dynamics. Rather than isolating symptoms or behaviors, this approach understands patterns as expressions of where a person is within their developmental process. Growth cannot be rushed. Stages cannot be skipped. And outcomes reflect the conditions from which they emerge. This work is not about fixing what is broken. It is about understanding what is forming. Through a clinical and symbolic lens, we help individuals recognize their patterns, understand their stage of development, and create the conditions necessary for aligned growth. The goal is not performance – it is integrity of development, because over time, what is aligned will bear fruit.
