About RootNorth

RootNorth is a partnership founded by two brothers - David, a U.S. Navy veteran, and Andrew, a finance professional. Together, we are exploring opportunities to acquire an American business and steward its future with care, purpose, and lasting impact. We believe success is measured not only in profits, but in the positive impact we create. We bring grit, teamwork, and integrity, and seek to partner with an owner who shares those values and is ready to transition their business. Our mission is to honor a seller’s story, keep the business locally rooted, and create the next chapter of opportunities: enriching employees, delivering value to customers, and strengthening the community.
