About Roots of Malmö

Roots of Malmö startades 2014 av amerikanen Nick och österrikaren Matthias efter flera års passionerade fermenteringsexperiment hemma i köket. Nick är mikrobiolog, Matthias ekonom som jobbar med hållbar utveckling. I dag har de sällskap av flera kollegor och Roots Kombucha säljs över hela Sverige. Roots of Malmö brygger ekocertifierad kombucha fri från konserveringsmedel, koncentrat, och artificiella smaksättningar. Vi utvecklade en fermenteringsprocess i tre steg som ger vår kombucha god smak och hög kvalitet. Alla våra smaksättningar är äkta råvaror, t.ex. färsk ingefära, riktig honung, eller hela äpplen. Roots Kombucha är opastöriserad och ofiltrerad, vilket gör att alla fina bakterier från fermenteringen finns kvar. Vår passion är inte bara kombucha, utan också att lära ut kunskap om hur man tillverkar kombucha. Kombucha åt folket, tycker vi!
