Rose Law Firm is a boutique law firm with offices in Lake Oswego, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. We have been solving complex corporate and commercial business problems for middle-market companies in the Pacific Northwest since 2012. Rose Law Firm provides practical legal solutions to the complex and shifting legal needs of successful companies and their owners. Our practice focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Ownership Transitions, Litigation and Dispute Resolution (particularly between business owners), and General Business Legal Services. We recognize that each business owner or prospective business owner has unique goals. We invest the time it takes to understand our clients’ businesses: their people, operations, and vision for the future – so that the legal services we provide help protect and maximize the value our clients have built-in their businesses.
