Rose Noire Productions is a NYC DOE-authorized creative and educational infrastructure firm operating at the intersection of culture, workforce development, and institutional reform. Our flagship program, Haus of Noire, uses Industrial Fashion and NeuroCognitive Intelligence (NCI) as the vehicle — not the destination. The real work is identity reconstruction. We call it Human Architecture. Here’s the problem we’re solving: chronic absenteeism, juvenile recidivism, and workforce disconnection are not attitude problems. They are identity problems. When a young person doesn’t see themselves as worth showing up for, no incentive program changes that. You have to go deeper. We go deeper. Our results are documented. Attendance goes up.
