About Rotary Blub Of Barueri - Sp - Brasil

Rotary is officially defined as “a worldwide organization of business and professional leaders united to provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and help build goodwill and peace in the world.” In practice, Rotary is made up of local groups called clubs. Each club follows the standards and values of the parent organization — Rotary International (RI) — headquartered in Evanston, Illinois, USA. A Rotary Club brings together business and professional leaders from the same community who share a common belief: the Ideal of Service. Together, they work to make a difference locally and globally through projects and programs supported or created by Rotary International. Each local club — such as the Rotary Club of Barueri — is led by an elected president and a board of directors. Every year, they engage directly and indirectly in actions that aim to make the world a better place, easing pain and solving real problems in both their community and beyond. Ultimately, Rotary gives its members a way to live more fulfilled lives — personally, professionally, and in service to their communities.
