About Rotary Club of Nairobi Madaraka

The Rotary Club of Nairobi Madaraka was chartered on June 1, 2012, which is also Madaraka Day in Kenya. The name Madaraka came from the concept of self-rule, taking matters into our own hands. We have a membership of 33 people with an average age of 35 majority of whom are ex-Rotaractors, which makes us one of the youngest Rotary clubs in Africa by age. We are young, energetic and committed to reinvigorating Rotary.
