Rottinghuis is sinds 1931 als aannemingsbedrijf gevestigd in Groningen. Het bedrijf heeft zich in de loop van de jaren ontwikkeld tot een toonaangevend allround bouwbedrijf, dat opereert in het noorden van ons land. Rottinghuis maakt deel uit van Koninklijke VolkerWessels. Rottinghuis is actief in de sectoren woningbouw, utiliteitsbouw, woningverbetering en bouwservice en onderhoud. In eigen beheer ontwikkelt Rottinghuis woningbouw- en commercieel vastgoedprojecten in uitbreidingsplannen en herstructureringsgebieden. Het grootste deel van alle bouwprojecten wordt in bouwteamverband gerealiseerd. Kleinschalige nieuw- en verbouw, geriefsverbeteringen, onderhoudsprojecten en 24-uurs service voeren wij uit vanuit onze vestiging aan het Eemskanaal te Groningen. De afdeling Bouwservice en Onderhoud opereert vanuit een modern en goed geoutilleerd bedrijfsgebouw met materiaalopslag en timmerwerkplaats.
