RouteZero helps large organisations cut business travel emissions and costs at the same time. We work alongside existing travel management setups to analyse booking data, find better alternatives, and turn messy travel data into clear, auditable reporting. Most companies have fragmented travel data spread across booking providers, expense systems, and spreadsheets. We consolidate all of it into accurate Scope 3 emissions figures and board-ready reports. From there, we simulate policy changes over real historic trips so leadership can see exactly what a new travel policy would deliver before rolling it out. And, at the point of booking, we give travellers real-time guidance on lower-carbon alternatives, only when a genuinely better option exists.
