The sugar segment consists of subsidiaries, including Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Inc., Central Azucarera de la Carlota, Inc., Najalin Agri Ventures, Inc. and RHI Agri-Business Development Corporation, which are engaged in the manufacture and sale of raw and refined sugar and molasses, and provide tolling and farm operation services. The alcohol segment consists of subsidiaries, including Roxol Bioenergy Corp. (RBC) and San Carlos Bioenergy, Inc. (SCBI), which are engaged in the manufacture and sale of bio-ethanol fuel. The Other segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of power and carbon dioxide. It produces raw and refined sugar in various grades. It has milling operations, sugar refiner and over two of bioethanol plants in the Philippines.
