At Roxborough Memorial Hospital School of Nursing, instructors blendnursing theory and academics with a hands-on clinical component toprovide their students with a thorough understanding of both the practiceof nursing and the history behind it. Graduates will be prepared to beginexciting and rewarding careers as entry-level nurses.The schooloffers a 21-month program. Students will attend classes fivedays a week, as well as clinicals, which generally run from 7:00 am to3:00 twice a week.The school’s admissions requirements consider each applicant on anindividual basis; however, certain criteria apply as well. A college GPAof at least 2.5 is preferred, and the applicant must supply twosatisfactory recommendations.
