About Roya Development Group

RDG is a specialized research, development, and consulting firm providing in-country political-risk, regulatory, and market-entry advisory services across Iraq, Syria, and the wider region. RDG supports global and local stakeholders in navigating complex socio-political, economic, and development landscapes. We provide political risk analysis, targeted research, market-entry strategy, government relations, and monitoring/evaluation services. Our political analysis practice offers insights into Iraq's political, economic, and development landscape for diplomatic missions, businesses, international organizations, and researchers. RDG’s proven expertise in political thinking and operations, combined with our nationwide network of experts and consultants, is evident in our research products and our analytical support to international and Iraqi organizations nationwide. Our development practice empowers institutions and communities in Iraq to build a democratic, equitable, and resilient society. RDG implements innovative, evidence-based solutions that address Iraq’s pressing challenges, including government transparency, women's political inclusion, cross-border trade, and decentralized governance. Our projects—funded by the US State Department, European Union, and leading international donors—are designed to create sustainable and locally driven impacts. We broaden project partnerships, connect decision-makers, and build constituents' advocacy, communications, and analysis skills.
