About ROYAL AGENT株式会社

ROYAL AGENT Co., Ltd. is a specialized recruitment and consulting firm focused on AI, DX (Digital Transformation), and Data Science, with a mission to “enable seamless data utilization.” Founded in October 2018 by Hiromi Nagaoka, the company was built on his experience at Recruit and his track record as a sales leader within a team of data scientists. In today’s rapidly evolving, technology-driven world, we are committed to delivering value that only humans can provide — value that cannot be replaced by AI. The data and AI domain is often characterized by unclear role definitions and challenges in articulating the needs of both companies and candidates. At ROYAL AGENT, we address this gap through our deep domain expertise and a team of professionals with over five years of experience in career consulting. Through high-quality matching and consulting, we contribute to the advancement of data utilization across Japan. ■Our Services We provide recruitment services specialized in the fields of AI, DX, and Data Science. We connect highly skilled professionals — including Data Scientists, Data Analysts, and DX Consultants — with companies seeking to hire full-time talent to drive data-driven transformation. By deeply understanding both candidates’ career aspirations and companies’ business needs, we deliver highly tailored and effective matching solutions.
