We spend as much time as we feel necessary to train our staff about what a quality experience means from the guest’s point of view. Nearly 300 team members work for the Royal Gorge Route Railroad, many of whom have been with the company for more than a decade. We have a seasoned team of professional staff running every aspect of the business. Their job is to ensure each and every guest has an extraordinary experience by supporting our front-line team of servers, bartenders, train attendants, customer service agents and retail staff to deliver on our promise of a spectacular, memorable experience. As the top tourism destination in Southern Colorado and locomotive train operation, our job opportunities are vast - from diesel mechanics to human resource professionals to food and beverage leadership, we're always looking for people who love what they do.
