About Royalty Roofing
Royalty Roofing specializes in roofing projects for commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. We are headquartered in Seymour, Indiana, with strategically located offices to serve commercial roofing customers with single locations or who own or manage multiple facilities throughout the continental United States. We are a Platinum Contractor for the Duro-Last® roofing system, and have installed over 30 million square feet of Duro-Last roofing material. We are also licensed to install GAF, Firestone and Carlisle commercial roofing products. Royalty is also a Master Elite residential contractor for GAF in Indiana and we install a million square feet of GAF shingles every year. We are a full-service commercial roofing company. In addition to single-ply roofing systems for flat roof applications, our capabilities include custom sheet metal, gutters, roof insulation, rooftop repairs and retrofits, and management and maintenance programs. Our warranties are the best offered by any commercial roofing company: industry-leading warranties from the manufacturer, plus Royalty Roofing's own 10-year Workmanship Warranty. We also carry $16 million in liability insurance, to give commercial building owners and managers unmatched peace of mind.
