(RPIPL) is a joint venture of the Rubber Board (Government of India) and the Kerala Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (KINFRA, Government of Kerala), established in 1997 to provide world-class industrial infrastructure and institutional support for the rubber and rubber-wood industries. RPIPL operates dedicated industrial parks that promote value addition, innovation, sustainability, and ease of doing business for domestic and global investors. Key Locations • Rubber Park – Irapuram (Ernakulam): India’s first dedicated rubber industrial park with licensed power distribution, efficient water supply, Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP), well-planned internal roads, testing and certification facilities, conference spaces, and accommodation. The park hosts units manufacturing a wide range of rubber and rubber-wood products within a well-supported industrial ecosystem. • Rubber Park – Piravanthur (Kollam): A second-phase industrial park at Piravanthur, Pathanapuram, offering well-developed plots on long-term lease, supported by road networks, utilities, security, and common infrastructure.
