About Rubi's Positive Empowerment
Rubi’s Positive Empowerment exists to accelerate the transition of a world where all people are valued, know their worth, and feel supported while fiercely pursuing whatever it is that lights their soul on fire. At Rubi’s Positive Empowerment we want to help businesses determine if they qualify for tax credits like the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). We partner with the state of Colorado and community organizations to help individuals with disabilities gain and maintain employment. Our community partners qualify for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC). Our services focus on empowering our clients to identify strengths, find their voice, and use their unique outlook and abilities to contribute to their community. Together we partner with the business community to explore staffing solutions while streamlining progress towards their inclusion and diversity goals.
