This includes the DISC profile tool, identification of your core behavioural style, workplace motivators and driving forces, as well as Emotional Intelligence (EQ). COACHING/MENTORING SERVICES Rule Consulting offers coaching and mentoring services to help you/your team to succeed in achieving your personal and/or professional goals. With accreditation in the DISC assessment tool, and certified in identifying and 'unpacking' your behavioural style, professional motivators/driving forces, and your Emotional Intelligence (EQ), we use proven and well-researched tools to provide a holistic analysis of you/your team to assist in promoting personal and organisational unity.
