About Runestone Ranch

Runestone Ranch exists to keep first responders from burning out. We aim to equip first responders & their families with skills, education, and community to manage stress before it becomes a crisis, creating a culture that strengthens connections and ensures support is already in place when it is needed most. ONE DAY ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS We are currently booking one-day enrichment programs on-site at our 102 acre ranch in Livermore, CA. These programs are built around what makes Runestone Ranch different: a private, one-stop-shop facility designed specifically for first responder team development. In a single day, departments can combine physical training, range or archery work, tactical and team-based scenarios, peer support development, regulation techniques, and shared meals without the logistical burden of moving between multiple locations. LODGING We are currently building on-site cabins, with the first 4 available beginning April 2026 for overnight stays. While the remaining lodging facilities are completed, dry-camping overnight options are also available for departments interested in multi-day programming or for those that are traveling from out of the area. Contact us to learn more. COMING SOON In Spring 2026, we will begin booking 3-day retreats focused on redefining first responder wellness through our four pillars: mind, body, financial wellness, and purpose. Through peer connection, regulation techniques, hands-on modalities, and immersive ranch-based experiences, these retreats are designed to restore clarity and support long-term career wellness. Departments interested in bookings, or first responders interested in future open cohorts, are encouraged to contact us to join the list. VIRTUAL PEER SUPPORT In addition to our in-person programs, Runestone Ranch currently offers virtual peer support including tele-peer support and weekly Zoom meetings. Please note: we are not a crisis hotline. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988.
