About Runroom | Digital Business Consultancy

We are Runroom, a Digital Business Consultancy. We transform the Customer Experience to make your business grow. We are a native digital company established in 2003 in Barcelona, formed by a team of experts in digital business transformation across all of its domains. We are experts in CX Strategy, Technology and Innovation, Data & Analytics, Experience Design, Performance Media, Social and Content, to transform the Customer Experience. This allows us to manage every project from all angles, providing the maximum value. We like learning, sharing, looking for the best solution for our clients and growing together in every new project. We like challenges and we love what we do. We are organized in multifunctional teams capable of independently and collaboratively managing an entire project, with a high capability of adapting to changes in order to promote continuous improvement and guarantee quality in every release. It’s the people that count in our way of working and viewing the world. The best products and digital services are developed through the collaborative work of experts in strategy, engineers, designers and UX, who work side by side in the same team. Every person within the organization can add value. We all reflect, we all contribute and that way, we all progress together. Clients become an integral part of our team in order to perfectly understand their needs and objectives. We share information. We like to innovate and achieve continuous improvement. We adapt to changes and are extremely transparent with our clients: if we are not clear about a project we let you know. #winwin
