Rural Community Partners (RCP) is an independent, non-governmental regional intermediary serving Southeast Kansas. Our mission is to strengthen communities by building economic opportunity, connecting partners and resources, and advancing long-term regional collaboration. RCP works across county lines to align partners, reduce duplication, and help communities move forward together. Rather than replacing local organizations, we strengthen and connect them by coordinating efforts that support entrepreneurship, workforce development, community health, and economic growth.
