About Russ Davis Lifestyle Homes

Russ Davis Lifestyle Homes is a Central Texas home builder focused on creating well-crafted homes shaped around how people live. Serving Waco and the surounding area, we take a curated approach to homebuilding that balances thoughtful design, quality construction, and a streamlined building experience. Our homes are designed with livability in mind. From the way a floor plan flows to the materials used behind the walls, every decision is made with long-term performance and everyday function at the forefront. We prioritize craftsmanship, structural integrity, and details that contribute to a better-built home, not just a better-looking one. We offer a range of move-in ready, semi-custom, and new construction homes, allowing homeowners to find the right fit for their lifestyle while maintaining a clear and efficient path to completion. Our process provides flexibility where it matters most, without the complexity of fully custom building. At Russ Davis Lifestyle Homes, we believe value goes beyond square footage. It’s found in the quality of materials, the discipline of the build, and the experience of living in a home that was designed with intention. Whether you’re building from the ground up or exploring available homes in one of our communities, our focus remains the same: delivering homes that feel considered, perform over time, and reflect a higher standard of homebuilding in Central Texas.
