About Russian Jewish Congress
The Russian Jewish Congress (RJC) is the largest Jewish public organization in Russia, a charity fund, and a member of the World Jewish Congress (WJC). The RJC's mission is to develop and strengthen the Jewish community in Russia, to support and, if necessary, to protect the Jewish people. The RJC has launched a number of charitable programs aimed at achieving this goal. Over the past twenty-two years, the Russian Jewish Congress has significantly expanded its presence: by 2019, the organization had had offices in 47 Russian provinces. Besides, the RJC has always been an umbrella organization — it follows the policy of uniting the various Jewish organizations.
