We also constantly business develop and network to ensure that we are dealing with both new and well established players. Here at Ruth Moran Consulting our unique selling point is that ALL our Directors are fee earners and all have a number of years recruitment experience in their specialist sectors. We also firmly believe that it is unrealistic to expect inexperienced consultants to deal with experienced recruiters/established clients as not only do they lack credibility, they also lack industry knowledge and sector experience.
