About RV Capital

RV Capital is a private investment firm incorporated in Cayman Islands, specializing in the acquisition and development of hospitality assets across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions. We focus on sourcing high-potential opportunities in the hospitality sector, including acquiring land and developing hotels from the ground up, as well as acquiring undervalued assets with significant upside potential. Our approach includes strategic repositioning, operational improvements, and long-term asset management, which are executed through trusted partners and third-party operators to unlock significant value and drive sustainable growth. With over two decades of institutional investment experience, RV Capital leverages insights from prestigious global firms like KKR, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse to identify and capitalize on both development-ready and undervalued hospitality assets, particularly in underserved markets. Our global presence spans regions such as the Cayman Islands, UAE, and Indonesia, where we apply our deep market expertise to deliver strong returns for investors. At RV Capital, we prioritize collaboration, integrity, and long-term relationships, ensuring our interests are aligned with those of our investors and partners for mutual success in every venture.
