Some specific services we offer include: Strategic Planning and Organizational Strategy for a Changing Workplace Using a coaching approach, ethnographic research strategies and other data-driven and real-time techniques, such as design thinking, we conduct a deep dive with your teams and into your processes. In turn, we help you determine your optimal employee experience strategy and, if needed, help redesign your approach and process. Strategic Communications Services As two seasoned communications executives we can test your communications program (or build one from scratch), and work with you to ensure you have the right team with the right skill set and the right processes to ensure you are nimble, strategic and responsive. Training We provide presentation, writing, and media training services. We can tailor these to suit your organization’s needs with a half-day package, or conduct multi-day workshops.
