About S Harrison Developments Ltd

We are a property development company with 66 years’ experience, based in York but working across the UK. We are renowned for doing what we say we’ll do – and for our track-record in delivering value for all those involved in the development process. We are looking to engage with like-minded individuals and organisations who share our passion for delivering quality developments – commercial, office, industrial, residential, healthcare, student accommodation, retail, leisure, hotel and mixed use. We’re keen to talk with land or property owners who want to derive maximum value from their assets and who understand the value of having a good developer working on their behalf. Equally, we are keen to talk to operators across a range of sectors who have space needs and who would benefit from our professional help in identifying, acquiring and developing appropriate sites.

Founded in 1952 by Stanley Harrison.
